Watershed is an enterprise sustainability platform used by companies including Airbnb, Carlyle Group, FedEx, Visa and Dr. Martens to manage climate and ESG data, produce audit-ready metrics for both voluntary and regulatory reporting such as CSRD, and drive actual decarbonisation. The audit-ready part is what separates it from carbon accounting generally: as reporting moves from voluntary disclosure into regulated filing, the standard shifts from a defensible internal estimate to something that must survive external assurance, and most of the data companies already hold cannot clear that bar.
