Voodoo creates mobile games and consumer apps, and has done since 2013. It is the third largest mobile publisher in the world by downloads, behind only Google and Meta, with seven billion downloads and more than 200 million active users across a portfolio that includes the games Mob Control and Block Jam alongside apps such as BeReal and Wizz. Around 800 people work there. The mix of hit-driven games and durable consumer apps is unusual: most publishers do one or the other, and the two need quite different instincts.
