Voiceops

Sales call analysis for B2C companies

Voiceops takes the millions of sales calls a consumer-facing business has recorded and builds from them a live model of its revenue engine. That model answers questions sales leaders struggle with: why prospects buy or do not, where reps fall short, which leads merit time and where revenue is leaking. Voiceops then uses it to surface insights, automate workflows and run AI agents across the company. Large enterprises such as Motorola, Kin Insurance and Capella University are customers. It sells to VPs of sales and chief operating officers at consumer-facing businesses from mid-market to enterprise size, joined more and more by CIOs and CTOs who treat call data as the base for AI transformation. The engineering team is based in New York.
