VITL

Operating system for modern clinics

VITL builds an operating system for modern clinics, combining clinical workflows, clean data and pharmacy infrastructure in one platform rather than leaving practices to stitch those pieces together themselves. The product is aimed at clinics and the prescribers working inside them, and the company sells into that market through direct outbound conversations with practices rather than through channel partners. It is scaling quickly, with sales, customer success and product working from a shared set of field insights, so what the commercial team hears from prescribers feeds back into product decisions, pricing and positioning.
