Vitalize

Hospital labor and staffing operations

Vitalize automates hospital staffing operations, starting with labour because it is both the largest line on a hospital's profit and loss, close to 60 percent, and the hardest operational problem to run well. The system replaces manual staffing decisions with automated ones, cutting unnecessary labour spend by millions per customer and returning ten to twenty hours a week to clinical leaders. Hospitals treat it as mission-critical software rather than an optional layer and pay five to fifteen times what legacy incumbents charge. Customers cite staff and leader retention as a reason they stay. Nearly everyone at the company visits a customer site within their first month.
