Compliant AI voice agents for lending and collections

Veritus puts voice and text AI agents into production for consumer lenders and collections agencies, designing them from the outset to stay compliant in tightly regulated conversations. That matters in a field where most collections work still happens in call centers dialing at volume, and where regulation keeps generic AI out. Results at client AWA show the effect: one in five calls the agent handles ends in a payment, two thirds of those payments happen during the call, and over 70% of conversations need no human. Its clients include big fintech lenders and card issuers, and the company is growing rapidly.
