Ventura

AI automation for industrial distributors

Ventura deploys AI into industrial operations as software customers configure themselves rather than as a consulting engagement, handling the undocumented workflows, decades-old software and reliability demands that stall most enterprise AI efforts. Its first product automates quoting and order entry for industrial distributors. Customers generating billions in revenue already run it in production, shipping material by the thousands of truckloads across the U.S., and they are pressing Ventura to automate further processes. The company has reached profitability. CEO Swen previously built and exited a B2B software company in the same industry and worked at BCG, and CTO Jack was a founding engineer at Develop Health and created Magentic. The team makes unusually heavy use of AI in its own daily work.
