Mortgage servicing platform

Valon is building an AI-native operating system for regulated finance, beginning with mortgage servicing. Rather than layering software on top of legacy systems, it built and operates its own mortgage servicing business managing over $110 billion in loans — not as the goal, but as the way to understand the complexity well enough to build software that survives contact with a regulated industry. That approach turned a 0% margin business into one running above 60% while improving customer experience, and its unified platform, ValonOS, is now deploying across major enterprise contracts.
