TrueML

Machine learning for debt collection

TrueML is a financial software company building better experiences for distressed borrowers, using machine learning to engage each person digitally and adjust its approach in real time based on how they respond. Debt collection has historically been built around pressure applied uniformly, which performs badly and treats people poorly at the same time; a system that adapts to individual circumstances does better on both counts. The team combines data scientists, financial services experts and customer experience specialists working toward ensuring nobody is locked out of the financial system.
