Traba

Staffing and operations platform for industrial labour

Traba started in contingent labour, the biggest operational pain point for its manufacturing and logistics customers, and used that entry point to embed itself in their daily operations. Those same customers are now pulling the company beyond staffing into the wider operational workflows that run their facilities. The foundation it built along the way is proprietary data from millions of shifts and deep enterprise relationships. By connecting to the systems running across a facility and activating the workers already on its platform to act on them, Traba is building applied AI aimed at measurable productivity gains across the supply chain.
