The founders started the company in May 2026 on the view that AI can now handle the structured, geometry-heavy engineering at the heart of reindustrialization. CEO Marcus Lima previously founded Heimdal, a direct air carbon capture company, and CTO Rahul Thayil previously founded Orion, which automated AI threat intelligence and response.
