Tonkean

Process orchestration and intake automation

Tonkean lets organisations create intelligent, personalised automations that integrate with every app and system already in use, giving employees access to capabilities that previously required trained developers. Its intake solutions automatically analyse, prioritise and route unstructured requests arriving from any source, then track action items as employees collaborate across teams — unstructured intake being the hard part, since most internal requests arrive as an email rather than a well-formed ticket. The result is people spending more time on high-value work and less on the low-value tasks around it.
