The Public Interest Company

Third-party liability recovery for health plans

The Public Interest Company recovers money that health plans paid out on claims another party should have covered. Health plans, risk-bearing provider groups and self-funded employers hand it the whole job: AI and a legal tech platform find claims with third-party liability, and in-house case management and litigation teams, working with outside counsel, pursue each one. Members are protected throughout, clients take on no extra administrative work, and the money recovered goes back towards paying for care.
