Platform for travel advisors
Tern is a platform for travel advisors, with 11,000 advisors using it today and a trajectory toward 20,000 by year end, driven primarily by mid-market and enterprise agencies bringing their full advisor communities of several hundred to over a thousand members each. That growth pattern is unusual and telling — the product spreads by agency adoption rather than individual signup, meaning it has to satisfy both the advisor and the agency operating them. The company focuses on increasing the share of bookable travel volume its advisors run through the platform.
