Terac maintains a large pool of vetted human experts and gives researchers, AI labs and product teams a way to recruit, screen and pay study participants across industries, languages and skill sets. Human evaluation is now a standing requirement of model development rather than an occasional study, and sourcing qualified participants repeatedly is its own operational problem.
