Tandem

Office leasing brokerage

Tandem is an office leasing brokerage rebuilt around software and AI. Leasing has remained one of the most manual professional services, run on brokers, phone calls, spreadsheets and gut feel. Tandem matches companies with suitable spaces sooner, puts better options in front of them earlier and guides them through each stage of the lease, cutting a search that used to take months down to weeks. More than 250 companies have found and signed offices through it. Beyond brokerage, Tandem is testing how a services firm can run with AI doing most of the work, and which parts of leasing still need human judgment, trust or presence.
