Taktile

Decision platform for financial institutions

Taktile helps financial institutions become AI-native, moving them toward operations increasingly run by autonomous agents rather than by manually maintained rules. Founded in 2020, it now powers millions of decisions a day for institutions including Mercury, Monzo, Faire and Pleo, which is the volume at which decisioning stops being a policy question and becomes infrastructure. Its customers are fintechs and banks whose credit, risk and onboarding decisions have to change continuously as conditions do, which is exactly the work that ossifies when it lives in code. The company operates through regional entities in the United States, Germany, the United Kingdom and Romania.
