Synapticure provides specialist care and runs research for people with neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's, Parkinson's and ALS, in all 50 US states. Its clinical arm is a virtual network that gives patients prompt access to neurologists and newer treatments, with a team of subspecialty neurologists, geriatricians, psychologists and care coordinators building personalised care plans and adding behavioural health support. Its research arm draws on that engaged national patient cohort to help pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device companies develop treatments, offering laboratory services, clinical trial support and real-world evidence data. The company works with providers, health plans and life sciences firms, and takes part in CMS's GUIDE dementia care model. It was founded by patients and caregivers and operates remote-first.
