Sword Health is building AI Care — an approach designed around medical reasoning, safety and real-time treatment rather than general-purpose technology applied to healthcare afterwards. Operating as both a clinical frontier AI lab and an applied platform, it removes appointments, waiting rooms and stigma as barriers to getting treatment. Since 2020 it has expanded across musculoskeletal, women's health, cardiometabolic and mental health, and is moving beyond discrete sessions toward 24/7 programmes uniting exercise, psychotherapy, nutrition and behaviour change. Over 1 million members have completed more than 15 million AI sessions.
