Superpower

Consumer health testing and AI care

Superpower is assembling a consumer health stack in sequence rather than all at once: it began with lab testing, added data aggregation into a personal digital twin, then an AI doctor, and most recently peptides. Each layer makes the next more useful, since testing without interpretation produces numbers rather than decisions, and interpretation without longitudinal data produces guesses. The company has grown tenfold over the past six months while halving customer acquisition cost — an unusual combination, as consumer health businesses typically buy growth. Its culture puts health first as an operating principle rather than a marketing one.
