Sunset was founded to help founders, starting with the work of shutting a startup down — legal, tax and administrative obligations that outlive the company and that nobody plans for. It has since expanded into unlocking a new revenue stream for businesses more broadly: public and synthetic data can only take frontier models so far, so the next stage of model progress depends on real proprietary data grounded in how businesses actually operate.
