The work is largely about creating reusable components for hard problems at scale, letting customer teams release faster, more securely and with a better end-user experience than an in-house build would reach. Support quality is treated as part of the product rather than an add-on. The company runs between Amsterdam and Boulder, and has grown from 30 people to around 150 since 2020.
