Strava

Social network for athletes

Strava is the app for active people, working across sports and tracking methods to record activity, connect athletes with others training nearby, and keep them moving toward goals. Its mission is motivating people to live active lives, and the mechanism is social rather than instrumental — the company is building the world's largest community of active people on the premise that the motivation to keep going comes from other people more reliably than from data. Its global team works on making movement fun, meaningful and accessible to everyone regardless of ability.
