Stardex

ATS and CRM for executive search firms

Stardex builds an AI-native applicant tracking system and CRM made specifically for executive search and recruiting firms. Its customers include several major executive search firms in the United States. The people using it are firm owners and operators whose revenue depends on making placements, so reliability matters: every minute the system is down costs them. The company is growing quickly in a market where AI is changing how search firms operate, and until now its founders have handled customer support personally.
