Sparrow

Employee leave management

Sparrow provides high-tech, high-touch employee leave management, turning a process that is tedious, error-prone and difficult to keep compliant into a roughly 30-minute end-to-end experience. Leave sits at an awkward intersection: company leaders struggle with regulations that change frequently across jurisdictions, while employees face bureaucracy at an already significant moment in their lives. The savings are concrete — 20 to 40 hours of team time and up to $30,000 per leave. Sparrow is headquartered in San Francisco with employees working remotely across the country.
