AI coding workflow for changes to existing codebases
sparkles.dev (opens in a new tab)Sparkles gives non-engineering teams a safe way to ship changes to large software products that already exist, building the equivalent of Lovable for mature codebases. Product, design, marketing and operations staff use it to edit production code through GitHub-native workflows, where each change arrives as a pull request someone can review and guardrails limit what can go wrong. The gap it targets persists despite the spread of coding agents: many companies still hand this work to outsourced development agencies, and an idea can take weeks to reach production. Founder Dan left University College London to start the company and earlier worked with Monzo's former CTO at Iterate.com.
