AI permitting and site diligence for energy developers

Spark AI makes software that handles permitting and due diligence for companies developing energy infrastructure and data centers. Its platform works through thousands of PDFs, maps and local government websites and returns a project's requirements, the sentiment of the surrounding community and any fatal flaws, delivering in seconds research that used to take weeks. Customers have cut site diligence time by more than 60 percent. They include developers and engineering firms whose combined pipeline tops 90 gigawatts of energy assets and nearly $30 billion in project financing, and several now run Spark on every project and use it to onboard new hires. The founding team comes from Apple and SunEdison.
