Workforce management for security and cleaning firms

Sira makes workforce management software for deskless teams, bringing scheduling, timesheets, payroll, HR, compliance and invoicing into a single product. Its customers are security guard firms and commercial cleaning companies with anywhere from 50 to more than 300 people in the field, and most arrive from a patchwork of ADP, Connecteam, spreadsheets and paper records. Founder Nathan worked on QuickBooks Time and Payroll at Intuit before starting Sira, and he runs the company alongside CTO Antonio. New customers are arriving faster than the founder can onboard them himself. At Sira, customer success and product are treated as one job, so the people closest to customers shape what gets built.
