Simbie AI

Clinical AI voice agent for medical practices

Simbie makes a clinically aware AI voice agent for medical practices, which never have enough physicians or support staff to keep up with patient communication. The agent reviews test results and phones patients to go over them, fields incoming calls about appointments and clinical questions, and checks whether patients are taking their medication as prescribed. It runs workflows that call for real clinical judgment directly inside the electronic health record. Practices save time and money, and patients get contact that a practice could not otherwise afford to staff. Simbie is currently signing customers faster than it can bring them live.
