Shiftsmart

Marketplace and management for hourly work

Shiftsmart pairs end-to-end workforce management technology with a global network of 5 million flexible workers, creating scalable labour solutions for large enterprises including Circle K, Pepsi, Dollar General and Starbucks. Its model fractionalises jobs down to individual shifts, which lets workers assemble income across multiple employers through one digital marketplace rather than depending on a single employer for enough hours. The company has grown two to three times each year since founding and is building toward being the leading platform connecting hourly workers with enterprises.
