ShiftKey

Marketplace for healthcare shift work

ShiftKey connects licensed and certified healthcare professionals directly with facilities needing to fill shifts, using marketplace dynamics in place of the agency model that has traditionally sat between them. By letting professionals work as much or as little as they choose, it puts scheduling control back with workers — which is the actual mechanism for bringing licensed people back into the workforce, since many left over inflexibility rather than the work itself. The company plays a substantial role in mitigating America's healthcare staffing shortages.
