Shapes

People operations platform for HR teams

Shapes is building what it describes as the first truly AI-native people platform — a single place where HR processes come together, get customised in minutes and then run themselves. Customisation speed is the specific claim: HR software is notoriously slow to configure because every company's processes differ slightly, and that configuration cost is what keeps organisations on tools nobody likes. The company is a small, fast-moving team with a bias for action, working on how companies run people operations in the AI era.
