Second Nature

Resident experience platform for property managers

Second Nature built the first resident experience platform, handling resident onboarding, resident services and ancillary revenue for property managers as one system. The gap it targets is specific: almost everything else in daily life is now a couple of taps away, while setting up utilities, buying renters insurance, changing air filters and arranging pest control remain chores. Removing that friction is meant to work three ways at once, for residents, property managers and investors, rather than shifting cost between them. The company employs more than 290 people and runs on high standards, continuous improvement and customer obsession as defaults.
