Salient

AI agents for lending and financial services operations

Salient develops AI agents that work inside regulated financial institutions. For banks, captive finance companies and specialty lenders, its agents automate servicing, collections, recovery, compliance, disputes and insurance claims. The company is profitable and cash-flow positive, reached mid-eight-figure annual recurring revenue in under two years, and already serves more than a fifth of the auto lending industry. Its systems process millions of live customer calls and transactions daily in production at major financial institutions, and it is expanding into further financial services segments. Salient owns its full technology stack and works closely with each customer. The team works roughly 60-hour weeks starting at 8am, with four days a week together in its San Francisco office.
