AI customer operations for regulated fintechs
Rulebase provides AI customer operations for regulated industries. At its base is a QA layer that reviews every customer interaction, whether a person or an AI handled it, and cuts manual quality assurance by 99%. Specialist agents sit on top for onboarding, remediation, reactivation and retention, taking ownership of accounts from approval through to active transacting and following up with customers over WhatsApp, email and SMS. Its customers are fast-growing unicorns and public companies, including Qonto, Rho, Kuda, Lesaka and Nala.
