Ribbon AI

AI interviewing for hiring teams

Ribbon AI builds AI interviewing for hiring, letting candidates complete a structured interview at any hour instead of waiting for a recruiter's calendar to open. The company applies the product to its own process — applicants start an AI interview rather than submitting a cover letter, which removes the initial screening bottleneck entirely and is a fair demonstration of the claim. It is a fast-scaling, venture-backed company shaping how organisations adopt AI in one of the most consequential parts of their business, and it takes its team on an annual international offsite.
