Revinate

Direct booking and guest data platform for hotels

Revinate provides a direct booking platform for hotels that helps them capture, convert and retain guests and shift bookings away from online travel agencies. At its core is an AI customer data platform that gathers and unifies guest data into detailed profiles covering lifetime spend, stay preferences and ancillary revenue, which hotels then use for personalised campaigns across email, voice, messaging and digital channels. The platform holds 1.1 billion guest profiles across more than 12,500 hotels and drives over $24 billion in direct revenue. Its marketing product has won first place for hotel CRM and email marketing in the HotelTechAwards five years running. Revinate works largely remotely, hiring in selected cities to keep local teams connected.
