UK SME bank
Recognise Bank was founded in 2017 by experienced business owners to challenge traditional banking with more flexibility, understanding and practical support for businesses. Since receiving its banking licence in 2021 it has built a loyal customer base and a diverse team. It works closely with UK SMEs and individuals to unlock potential that other lenders overlook — the recurring failure being that standardised credit models decline viable businesses whose circumstances do not fit the template. Through flexible lending and savings products it aims to help customers build stronger financial futures.
