AI-native data migration for PE portfolio companies

ProSights uses AI to migrate and transform company data, working inside private equity portfolio companies. The portfolio company pays for the work, while the PE sponsor provides the introduction. On the migration side it handles ERP and CRM moves and system consolidations, projects that typically tie up large offshore teams for 18 to 24 months but should take weeks. On the transformation side it makes data usable, because most corporate AI mandates stall on data nobody ever cleaned up. The core of its work is judgment: working out what each piece of data means and verifying that the final record is correct, across ingestion, schema mapping, cited extraction, exception review, reconciliation and controlled writeback, with every field traced back to its source document. About a dozen people, mostly engineers, work onshore in New York, and the business is largely profitable.
