Prodigal

AI agents for loan servicing and collections

Prodigal builds AI agents for loan servicing and collections at consumer finance companies. IIT Bombay alumni Shantanu and Sangram founded it in 2018 after finding that the $13 billion-plus collections industry still largely ran on pen and paper, and they set out to build a genuine intelligence layer for debt recovery. Today its platform, Prodigal's Intelligence Engine, powers vertical agents that automate lending operations across the lending value chain. More than 100 enterprise customers in North America use Prodigal, making it the fastest-growing AI company in consumer finance.
