Prelude

OTP authentication and onboarding

Prelude handles the authentication step where companies lose users, sending one-time passcodes with the best price-to-conversion ratio available by dynamically choosing the most effective channel in real time — optimised SMS, WhatsApp and others — while blocking the spam and fraud that legacy providers miss. That reframes onboarding verification from a cost centre into something that measurably affects signup completion. Founded in 2022 by former Zenly team members who had lived with broken SMS authentication themselves, the company is a team of 60 in Paris, serving fast-growing European companies and expanding into the US.
