Posh

Platform for real-world events and communities

Posh lets anyone build an in-person community around shared interests, and connects people to communities of others like them. It was founded by event organisers frustrated both by the growing loneliness epidemic and by the tools available for building an event brand — the company's position being that the dominant social platforms have become digital loneliness machines, driving isolation and anxiety rather than connection. Its platform covers launching, monetising and discovering real-world communities, and it has grown substantially over six years.
