Poka Labs

AI pricing and quoting agents for manufacturers

Poka Labs builds AI agents that handle pricing, quotes and cross-selling for manufacturers with complicated product lines, from specialty chemicals, pipe fittings and abrasives to advanced materials, adhesives, coatings and metals. Pricing in these industries hinges on technical specifications, a single catalogue can hold more than 20,000 SKUs, and the most valuable pricing knowledge sits in the heads of account managers with decades on the job. Answering one request for quote can take several people weeks: someone has to decode the product, check stock and weigh tariffs, freight, customer history and competition, then secure internal approval, all while the customer waits. Poka's agents take on that work and are deployed at Fortune 100 enterprises as well as mid-market manufacturers.
