Placemakr

Tech-enabled apartment-hotel stays

Placemakr combines the hotel stay, the vacation rental and the apartment into one hospitality offering. Working with developers, property operators and investors, it assembles collections of apartment-style spaces in carefully chosen neighbourhoods, and its tech-enabled buildings are designed both to give guests a distinctive experience and to add value to the real estate underneath. Guests can stay for one night, a year or anything in between. Placemakr is expanding its presence across the US; staff outside the properties work remote-first from wherever they choose, and property and remote teams meet in person twice a year.
