Pivotal Health builds a technology platform that helps healthcare providers get paid fairly in an increasingly complex reimbursement landscape. Processes such as Independent Dispute Resolution were designed to promote fairness, but in practice they are administratively heavy and hard to navigate without the right tools. Pivotal Health combines software, data and service into an AI-driven platform that handles those workflows, letting providers dispute underpaid claims and recover the reimbursement they are owed without adding work to already stretched teams. Full-service IDR is the starting point rather than the whole product.
