Phoenix

Telehealth platform in Canada

Phoenix is building a telehealth platform making specialist healthcare accessible to Canadians wherever they live, which matters in a country where distance from a specialist is a real determinant of whether care happens at all. Founded in 2019, it uses an asynchronous care model — patients are assessed and treated without needing to align schedules with a provider — and offers personalised treatment options guided by licensed practitioners. The team works deliberately and collaborates in person, with autonomy over individual work and a focus on making Canadian healthcare better.
