Peek

Operating system for tours and attractions

Peek is the operating system for the experiences industry, spanning museums, attractions, tours and activities, with over $7 billion in bookings processed through its AI-powered platform. Thousands of merchants use it to increase revenue, save time and deliver smoother guest experiences — the operational side mattering as much as booking, since capacity, staffing and ticketing are the same problem for a venue. Customers include MoMA, the Whitney Museum, Seattle Aquarium and Bryant Park. The company is remote-first and has been recognised by Forbes as one of America's Best Startup Employers.
