Human immune organoid platform for drug discovery

Parallel Bio uses the human immune system itself to find safer and more effective drugs. Immunotherapy discovery is held back by models that cannot reproduce how human immunity really works, so Parallel grows patient-derived immune organoids at very large scale in automated wet labs and analyses them with AI and machine learning, producing population-level insight into health and disease. From that data it is building a foundation model of human drug response, designed to identify therapies that will work in patients from the outset and to predict how they will perform across a whole population, so treatments can be engineered to help as many people as possible.
