Its service leads with voice and audio, uses AI and draws on relationship science: Overtone learns about each person through their own spoken words, then makes considered introductions one at a time to people it believes are worth meeting. The service is in beta and not yet open to the public. Overtone keeps a small team that works together in person, five days a week, at its office in Manhattan's Flatiron district.
