Output Biosciences

Biological reasoning model for drug discovery

Output Biosciences has built a biological reasoning model meant to grasp biology at the scale and complexity at which living systems actually work. Without being taught them, the model learned the principles behind molecular interactions, and Output is using it to generate therapies beyond the reach of traditional drug discovery, feeding its own pipeline of drug programs. The company is in stealth and is run by repeat founders and biotech veterans who have several exits at the intersection of AI and biology.
